Position Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant with a specialized focus on SMEs, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategies for our SME clients. You will work closely with businesses to understand their unique hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough consultations with SME clients to understand their hiring requirements and organizational goals.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods to identify top talent.
3. Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with broader HR strategies and initiatives.
5. Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies tailored to SMEs.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on SMEs.
3. Strong understanding of the SME business landscape and recruitment challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Digital Designer specializing in graphic and video editing, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating content that supports our digital marketing efforts. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our target audience.

Requirements
