Founded in 2012, RedRadar International started as a specialist headhunter, securing top talent for Premier Wealth, Private Banking, Commercial & Investment Banking, SME Banking, and Micro Finance. We worked with Malaysia’s leading banks and insurance companies, setting the benchmark for precision, speed, and quality in recruitment. As the business landscape evolved, we saw a critical gap—SMEs lacked access to the same high-quality HR expertise that large corporations had. Many SMEs struggled to build and manage strong teams, limiting their potential for growth.
In November 2020, we made a strategic pivot, expanding beyond corporate recruitment to become a full-scale HR solutions provider for SMEs. Today, we bring the same level of expertise, precision, and professionalism that we provided to large corporations—now tailored to help SMEs grow, scale, and thrive with high-performing teams.
